What makes it great?:  
An intimate, green neighbourhood that is easily navigated on foot or by bicycle. The central pedestrian arcade links train stations and main roads; and has a range of local father-son style shops, alongside supermarkets and specialty stores. Several times a year, local businesses expand out into the streets and laneways; setting up market stalls for lively street festivals.
What would make it better?:  
Revitalise the central station plaza and adapt existing, idle tenancies and spaces for community and arts-focused activities.
